Eber’s Kit

Eber Bernal works at Amor Perfecto and is a super nice cat. He is the 2008 Colombian Barista Champion and he’s got this sweet little kit of stuff that he carries around with him. I thought it was cool as shit. Almost as cool as my nasally awful Spanish. Eber will be competing in the World Latte Art Championship in London latter in this month. Check it out son.

That’s so polished! The dissection tools as gasket probes(?) are a bit strange, though.
